I have used Phillip's Florals many times and have never been disappointed. With this particular order, the local florist delivered to the wrong house without checking the name or calling. After placing the order, I phoned to make sure the arrangement was received and was dismayed to hear it went to a total stranger. Phillip's could not have been more accomodating - they called the florist and requested a duplicate delivery, and then called me back within a half hour to confirm another would be delivered. The local florist STILL didn't deliver after a week, so I called Phillip's again, and got results the next day. How cool was that? My mother didn't have to go knock on a strangers' door and ask for her flowers!

In the past, if there is a question with the order, Phillip's will call you to make sure info. is accurate; and if the local florist doesn't deliver flowers up to their standards, you can request any other florist. Even better, their phone number is readily available and you get a live person, not an automated menu. Their website is very user friendly and they will even remind you of a special occasion. Why anyone would use another online florist is beyond me.
