BAIT AND SWITCH! BUYER BEWARE! These guys are crooks and will advertise amazing deals on TVs and after you order and submit your credit card information tell you that the model is out of stock and try to upgrade you to a higher end model for more money. Last time I checked that was illegal. Not to mention the customer service is HORRIBLE, you'll be placed on hold for hours...

This company is the worst online sales experience I have ever had. It has been a month since placing my order 6/2/2008 for a Panasonic 50 inch plasma that was supposedly in stock. I even called the next day to confirm the order where they tried to sell me additional warranties, shipping options, and cables which I declined. I received a order number and was told 3 weeks for delivery. They will not give me a tracking number or even tell me the shipping company used saying they use over 100 different shippers. Also, every call has taken at least 30-45 minutes to get to someone who can even look up my order number. The only saving grace is my credit card hasn't been charged yet. Tomorrow, I am cancelling the order which is what I am sure they wanted when they couldn't sell me the add-ons in the first place. Run away and be glad you did! This is not worth the price. I will spend the extra $200 and go to NewEgg where service and honesty are valued.

Ordered a TV on 6-2, they charged my card on 6-3, have yet to receive item. Tried to cancel 10 days later by calling them, emailed them a cancellation notice the next day. Have never heard from them and my order is still showing "for shipment". Should have second thought this deal after they tried to "bait and switch" on my confirmation call, selling me a cheaper model for more money, which I caught before the day was over. This is actually an FTC violation. They don't have in stock the items on the website and they still don't have the TV I ordered.
