I was unable to complete this order with you as what I ordered was put on backorder. I had to order from another company who had the cartridges in stock as I was all out of the black. The black cartridge I had left when I ran out of the one in the printer turned out to be the wrong number and not meant for my printer. My fault for not checking the numbers on all the boxes when they came in originally.

I'm a novice online shopper and found it takes me a while to develop 'shopper savvy' and confidence. This was NOT a problem on your site. I still haven't figured where the 10% coupon code that was automatically entered came from or where to find them in the future, but the added discount saved me a bit more. All in all... relatively easy shopping, good products & prices, and great service from the people (I guess there's still somebody behind all this computer stuff!!??) in pick & pack. Everything was excellent except the cartridges did not come in the manufacturers boxes as shown in the web page. I assume they are original, new cartridges, as specified, but I am not sure.

Policy on free shipping is unpredictable. I do not like to pay for shipping and avoid it whenever possible. The free shipping option for me takes too long because it's a cross-country trip. I would only purchase from this country in the future if the shipping is free and if I was not in a hurry for the products.
