I can't believe how bad their service is. We ordered 4 cartrages for our Ricoh printer (guess what...it won't work if one is empty). We placed the order as soon as the warning on the machine appeared. To cover ourselves, we ordered one cartrage of each color. One came 5 days later, another 2 days after that. The other cartrages I ordered were back ordered. They had our e-mail...they could have sent us a note. Now a month later and 2 weeks unable to use our printer and 6 calls, still no other cartrage. When I called a week ago I was told that one was in stock and that they didn't know why it had not been shipped. I asked for immediate shipping with no extra charge for over night. I was told no problem. 3 days later... still no cartrage. I called again and was told they would call me back as soon as they figured out what was going on. I finally called them back about 6 hours later. I was told once again it would be shipped right out...overnighted!!!...4 days and still waiting...I called again today and was told it was to arrive tomorrow....yeah...right. I will not use this company again...their service is poor in my opinion.
