Although, I only used Cingular.com once or twice. But, I know it has everything you need. For anything. When, I logon to Kic prepaid to check what I have did. It is very accuracy. The display for the phones are the best I have seen. Showing all the features for the phones. The Site also has alot of variety of plans for you to choose from. I enjoy this site and the most creative celluar service ever.

I have been a customer of Cingular Wireless since back when it was Pacific Bell Wireless - so for several years now. I was quite pleased when Cingular opened up their Online service to handle billing, basic support services and ringtone/graphic ordering. Yet trying to order a ringtone or graphic can be a nightmare. The website is slow and my password hardly ever works, i've had to have them reset it several times because for some reason it won't allow me to log in. Cingular as a whole has been nothing but a problem. Their customer service is the WORST that I have EVER run across. Their online billing is never current. However they are one of the only companies that offers a veiw of calls made and recieved at ANY point during a billing cycle - which is FANTASTIC. When needing support from one of their call centers though - you will never be satisfied. Truly sad and quite inexcusable.

I have been with Cingular for almost 3 years. I have made all phone and accessory orders online and have never had a problem. It's easy and convenient. They have excellent customer service in all my experience with them and are always willing to help and offer advise to make my mobile service better. Their website is great. I can view my account information 24/7, may it be minutes used, account history, my plan, etc. I can change my plan online if I don't have enough minutes or if I have too many. I can view my rollover minutes (another fantastic feature), pay my bill, add features, download ringtones and games among many more options. Also, in the past I have always gotten pretty good reception but since Cingular bought out AT&T Wireless I get awesome reception pretty much anywhere! Good job Cingular!
