My initial experience was OK. I didn't receive confirmation of shipping even though they said that I would receive confirmation of shipping via email. The items did show up quickly.
One of the items was really flimsy and cheezy. I asked for a refund, they provided a "Buyer Remorse" form, which I filled out and sent back.
At this point it has been over five weeks, I've had to email them three times and call them twice. Moments ago I got an email indicating that they had issued a partial refund to my credit card.
The web site claims there is a 30 day warranty, but the customer service people are rude and unhelpful. It is outrageous to wait five weeks from when they received my return until receiving a refund, and even worse that they issued only a partial refund.
I have demanded that the rest of the money be refunded, and if they don't, I'll have to do a chargeback with my credit card company.
All this aggravation over a $30 item, it's amazing, and all I did was open up the box -- which contained other more expensive items -- and decide that this one item wasn't worth the money and send it back exactly following all directions they gave me... the item was completely new, and it arrived here in an opened box so it was returned in precisely the same condition it was in when it arrived.
Anything less than a full prompt refund -- without a lot of excuses -- is unacceptable.
