Product ordered 5/29/07, confirmed ship date as 6/26/07. Billed to y credit card 7/1/07 statement. Did not received so I sent a f/u e-mail on 7/3/0, that did not receive a reply. Finally called on 7/12/07 and was told shipped 7/11/07 and given a tracking #. Product arrived 7/18/07 and was a slightly different model than ordered but decided to keep anyway as did not want to wait any longer.

I received the saw in good order and no complaints. Vendor was held up on shipment due to manufacturer being in a backlog in production. No fault of Vendor. Overall I am satisfied.

AbsoluteHome was prompt in notifying me of my cooktop order and provided explicit shipping information, tracking number and estimated arrival time. The product arrived as scheduled but was damaged in shipment. When notified of the situation, AbsoluteHome advised me to keep or discard the damaged product ($650 item). They immediately shipped out another at no additional charge that arrived undamaged and on schedule. Their customer service support was detailed, accurate and timely. I would purchase again from this vendor.

My experience with AbsoluteHome was as good as it gets. I called on July 3 and spoke to Mia who took my order on a Toro snowblower and stayed on top of the order and expedited it as much as possible so that I would receive it by today. I did in fact receive it today and it arrived in perfect condition (by site--I have not the parts to start it up yet--it is too hot to think of snow). The price was also better than any other site and the shipping was free. A 5 Star shopping experience.

I will be force to cancel within the next few days and force to order from another merchant.This product should have arrieve on or about 3 July. I received e-mail from customer service today 12 July 07. They havent received any timeline from the vendor.

The items were ordered separately, at different times. The toilet arrived a month EARLIER than the not-in-stock promise date. The dehumidifier was in stock and arrived 2 days EARLIER than promised. Astoundingly, the advertised price of both items INCLUDED shipping!

Had bad experience with absolutehome. Every single order gets delayed, they do not have the items in stock. Canceling order takes 2 business day, and if withing those two business days order will get shipped you will have to pay 25% restocking fee + delivery the item back to them. I called them to cancel my order, which was not delayed on shipping and still was not shipped, they said that cancelation takes two business days, gues what, with in those two days they shipped the item and now i have to go threough the return proccess where i have to pay a restocking fee of 25% and all the shipping fee.
I should have looked at the reviews of the store before ordering from them. |

Customer service overall is good, but shipping was days later than original prediction. It is now taking literally 30 days to get an item shipped, receive it, return it due to damage. This I find unacceptable. Sure shipping is free, but it is the absolute slowest way for FedEx to do it. I would have enjoyed the air conditioner if it had not been damaged in shipment. Shipment of a new, i.e. replacement would put it past the needed cooling time (summer). Now I am without what I originally wished to buy. Therefore, overall, my experience was bad enough to never shop there again.

Had a problem with both lamps I purchased. Spent 15 minutes detailing problems to Customer Service. Was told I would receive email regarding problem in 2 days. I had to email after 4 days and was asked to repeat what I had told the first person. Currently waiting for replacement parts.

NEVER SENT ANY OF THE ITEMS I ORDERED. Absolute worst customer service experience ever. Nobody answered the phone or returned emails without me repeatedly hounding them. I had to go through my credit card company to dispute the charges for the items I never received. Long after the order was canceled and I got a refund from my credit card company, huge boxes of THINGS I NEVER ORDERED FROM ABSOLUTE HOME STARTED APPEARING ON MY DOORSTEP. The company charged me for these things even though it was nothing I ordered from them. I sent back to them and they attempted to bill for me the shipping, so I just wrote "return to sender" on the boxes.
I again disputed everything with my credit card company and again sorted it all out. But now, six months later, I just found out that Absolute Home again billed my credit card for the items I originally ordered ages ago but never received. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL SCAM YOU. |

The item I bought did not come with the 12 Volt DC charger included as it should have. I have made several attempts to correct the situation but to no avail. They sent me a Ac charger instead and now I do not get a responce at all from them.

Awful,terrible,stay far away.I ordered an air pump on april 1,and i still dont have an air pump and im still waiting on my 10 dollars to be refunded.They immediately charged my account when the item was ordered but they never delivered and they keep giving me the runaround on my refund.I will never do business with again.I am going to contact my bank about the charges and if that doesnt work then i will have to go another course of action!! These people have ripped me off.NO PRODUCT DELIVERED,AND NO REFUND ISSUED.I CALL THAT STEALING!!!!!
