After desperately searching online for a portable air conditioner for weeks, I came across Air-n-water.com after a recommendation from a friend.  I was hesitant about purchasing such a pricey product from the internet, but after suffering from the Arizona heat for weeks, I became desperate. 

Before I took the plunge, I actually called the company and spoke to a customer service representative over the phone to ask for advice.  The staff member I spoke to was patient, attentive, professional, and wanted to make sure I received the right portable AC for my needs.  I will also say that the website itself had a wealth of information on heating and cooling, and it was nice to also be able to read up on the product before I made my purchase. 

A little bit about the product itself:
I ordered a NewAir AC-12000E and it's working awesomely. I live in a 1 bedroom apartment and I only had windows that you pull in so I decided to not deal with the hassle of getting someone to put one in for me professionally so that was out of the idea.  The product I purchased has been perfect for this purpose.  All in all I think my AC's model name should be called QUALITY.   There have been no problems with it at all (knock on wood).
