Everything went EXACTLY as they said it would. When my unit arrived damaged I filled out the on-line return form and, within hours I received notice that they had arranged to pick it up. I was offered a replacement or full refund. I chose a replacement. IT too was damaged in shipment! (I believe the damage was due more to poor package design than to improper handling)That unit was also picked up expeditiously and they refunded my money without question. It was a joy (as strange as that may sound) to work with their customer service department. They actually called ME to confirm that they were aware of my problem and after shipping my second unit another person called me to inform me that it was "on the way". This is not something you experience too often when using the web to order goods.
I will order from this company in the future and suggest that others do also.
