The barstools came in nearly perfect; however, 3 of the 4 had sharp pointed barbs on the back. My husband had to purchase a metal file to file the barbs away. I cut my hand on the 1st one I pulled out of the box. You may want to hire an inspector to "feel around the edges" to make sure this does not happen to someone else.

If they are going to send a huge box, why they don't put together the barstool? It's ridiculous besides the money, you have to spend time putting together the stool.

Product descrition and quality was excellent. Customer service was excellent. Lead time was longer than I liked, but product was purchased with custom features so the delivery time was on the whole very acceptable. Prices were very good compared to the quality. I am large and there were no loose parts or rocking in these stools.

The delivery date information changed during the purchasing process. When the order was executed it stated the items were in stock and would be shipped prior to xmas. Then, after placing the order, I received an email saying I wouldn't recieve the items until after xmas. Ultimately, I recieved the items before I expected them, 6 days prior to xmas.

Everything was fine with this merchant but it took them almost three weeks to ship the stools we ordered. Once they were shipped they arrived within a few days but I didn't expect to take that long to ship them out to us. I would have appreciated advanced notice before I purchased the stools that it would take that long to ship.
