All Makes Vacuums is an excellent merchant . I do not think that I have ever ordered any product on line and received it as quickly as I did with this merchant. And I do all of my shopping on line , so as you must know that is alot of purchases that are being shipped to me almost every day of the week. Also the order must have been shipped the very same day as ordered because it arrived so quickly. The merchant sent me an email immediately advising me that my order had been shipped with a tracking number and his full name and contact number. I bought my vacuum at Montgomery wards and it has since been out of buisness so I find it extremely difficult to find the right belt to use with this paticular model of Panasonic . I was and am very pleased to have found a vendor that carries this belt and treats something even as small of an order as mine was as if it was an item of great expense as far taking care of the shipping it out to me as quickly as it was . I would like to personaly convey my thanks to this paticular vendor . I will absolutely be ordering any part that I need from them for my vacuum from now on . These people really know their stuff! I had a few questions, called them and after talking to them realized that I almost purchased the wrong vacuum cleaner for my home. I ended up with a machine that was cheaper than the one I thought I wanted to originally buy! In short - they knew what they were talking about and they saved me money! I definitely recommend them!

This company advertised the vacuum filters I purchased as "genuine Hoover" replacement parts, but the items received were cheap generic parts that don't work as well! I will NEVER purchase anything from them again, and am very disappointed that you list such a company on your web site!
