I had good experiences at Allstar Health until recently.  I ordered 1 pound of Whey Protein, and when it was delivered, it was open.  The inner seal was broken and the protein powder was exposed and spilling out.  I threw the package away.

A week later, I called Allstar and asked for another whey protein.  They refused to send it to me unless I could send the damaged product back to them.  By that time, the damaged product was long gone.

In my experience I have never had a company question a situation like this.  They usually say "No problem, we'll send you another one."

Most perplexing is that the customer service person said "this happens all the time." 

It seems to me that Allstar should either fix the problem by providing products that aren't damaged on delivery or by warning its customers that, if they receive damaged products, they must return the product or they won't get a replacement.

Instead Allstar chooses to repeatedly send damaged products and fails to warn its customers about how to obtain proper replacements.

I won't use the company again.

Although I was a repeat customer (and order on-line at least once a week from other stores), they shipped my order out with no address and refused to make right on the order (although they did take the time to call me and say that the error was somehow my fault!). Don't waste your time - order from a company that can correctly ship to you!
