Amazon almost always has the best price and I used to be a loyal customer. Recently though, with the introduction of Amazon Prime, the standard and free shipping is horribly slow. Amazon took a full week to move last 2 orders out the door. From now on, I'll shop somewhere else and spend a little more to get faster shipping.

Misleading shipping...States "Free Shipping on orders over $25.00, but fails to comply"...if you fail to read the small print you will be charged for shipping...BEWARE!!!

I recently bought a cookware set from Amazon.com.I was horrified with the reviews I've been reading BUT they shipped the order within two days and I had my pots in a week in perfect condition.Plus the free shipping.The only thing i didn't like is the cheap marketing trick " only 2 or 1 left in stock " but after a couple of days they have the same offer again with 2 or 3 left in stock,so don't bite...and after a week they have a better offer..apparently they have a lot in stock.

I haven't bought from a bookstore for over a year because I order all my books from Amazon.com. I have also used the website to order DVDs. Amazon sells new books for a reasonable price, much lower than you would find in a physical book store. They also have the Amazon MarketPlace where you can buy new or used books from individual retailers for even cheaper prices than Amazon. Overall, shopping at Amazon is some of the easiest online shopping you will ever do.

What can I say. This store is great. They have speedy delivery and when you do have to wait for a product your card will not be charged. I have had an easy time getting to customer service. I also use their credit card so I get 25 dollar store credit every so often. I pay on time so no harm or interest charges lol. I want to tell you a story of how great this company is. One time I bought a few cds and they were 'lost' by the PO. I got package with no contents . I got in touch with Amazon and they told me to send the box back, which I did. Now get this folks, in 3 days from my call I got the cds. They could not have gotten the box back yet. Talk about wonderful customer service. I recommend this store to everyone. It is awesome and a throwback to what customer service used to be in the 70s and before.

This cleanser has a very bold and beautiful fragrance! If you’re trying to stay away from strong fragrances I wouldn’t recommend this brand. I have combination skin. It keeps changing as I get older but that's beside the point. The consistency is creamy but not too thick. It prevents my skin from over drying.It doesn't leave any type of residue on the skin. It also doesn't work to the effect of alpha hydroxy acid cleansers or anything. Meaning, the texture or look of your skin isn't going to get consistently brighter or smooth over time. It just works great as a regular every day cleanser. My boyfriend loves how this stuff smells! This is a great product! I could never use liquid cleansers again. Creams are awesome!

I've been dealing with Amazon.com for over 10 years, and have had very few problems, the very few problems I've had have been rapidly remedied to my liking.

If people want to complain about Amazon, that's their right. But complaining about Amazon because of some crap product they bought is ridiculous. Amazon is basically the middle man. They rent the space, and the dealer sells the item.

When I purchase something from Amazon, I'm taking the chance that that product will be good or bad. And I ALWAYS have the oppotunity to return the product....no questions asked.

I would rather deal with Amazon.com than ANY other online site, and most stores!

Every item I ordered through Amazon the items came well before expected arrival date. May not be the cheapest prices online, but customer service and shipping times have been right on and make up for the few dollars you may save with other sites. They sent the wrong memory card then lied to me about refunding me. I simply asked for my credit card to be credited after I returned the item to them unopened. They stated that I would receive a credit via email with a code to buy more products on their site. They never sent that email. They then stated that they had sent me a gift card; they did not send that either. They then stated that the reason they could not credit my card is because I purchased the item with a gift card. That was also not true. I purchased with my American Express credit card. I have contacted an attorney just to get Amazon.com to pay me back a measly $49.00. My attorney is pro bono or I would not bother. Please try to buy your items from an alternate website. I'm sure they have thousands of items that ship without any problems, however on the occasions where there is a problem (at least in my experience), good luck getting a refund. Dismal Customer Service.
