Ttem was received very fast, brand new, but was defective as received (not B&H fault). They immediately allowed us to return item for replacement (this is still in works).

UPS has proven to be a good shipping agent. But the phone call the night before requesting me to be home between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. was so unrealistic as to be ridiculous! I have noticed their trucks in this neighborhood late in the day so was not inconvenienced to accept delivery at 6:23 p.m. B&H seems satisfactory though I do not yet have the unit hooked up.

I completed the order via internet at their web site. Almost immediatly I recieved an acknowlegment of my order. Later that day, another telling me when it would ship. The next day it DID ship as promised and they sent me another e-mail with tracking info and expected delivery date. UPS delivered the item on the day promised. The AC/DC converter worked right out of the box. I chose B&H because they had the lowest price AND because I felt I could trust them as they were the ONLY camera supplier I found on the internet that gave their real street address and photos of their building. Too many internet photo "stores" only show a Post Office Box number, or no address at all. So far, I would say that B&H are real professionals.

Would not buy from them again, for the 2nd time I had problems witn an online order. Searching in Google Shpping they had the best price for a Nikon camera, the link takes you straight to the product's webpage to complete the order. I ordered it and when it arrives to me, it is a refurb. I call them and they say ok, you can return, but we don't refund the shipping, which is not fair since it was their mistake. And by the way, you need to pay for the return shipping!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not a big loss, some $20, but they have no respect for the consumer and would not even try to fix a problem they created. Never again.

Great shopping experience. While some e-retailers have thrown me a curve-ball, I threw one at B&H and they came through for me. I initially ordered one item. Later my wife changed her mind, and preferred a different model. I called the next morning hoping to make the switch. Not only did they switch the order for me for no additional charges, but were polite and courteous as well. Shop B&H without fear of problems.
