Do not shop at BabyAge.
They lied about whether or not the item was shipped.
Not once.
Not twice.
Three times they lied and strung us out until the item was shipped too late for the occassion. Now they are making interest on our money and we have to incur the shipping fees, and pay a cancellation fee. That's ridiculous! It's their fault they do not have good vendor relationships that they don't know when items drop ship from the source location.
They are rude. When it finally did ship, the customer service agent gave me the wrong tracking number. There was never a manager to be found. I could not believe the level of uncooperation that I was receiving.
BabyAge has run it's course. Perhaps they were good once, but now they are an awful company that is defined by poor response, terrible customer service, and an indifference to their customers.
Item was ordered on December 2nd. The shipping was expected to be December 10th. We called on December 7th, where we were told they did not know if the item shipped. December 10th we called and were told we could not cancel the order because they did not know if the item shipped. December 14th we called and we could not cancel because they did know if the order shipped. Today we call and the order shipped today! Now we have to refuse the shipment because the item will arrive too late for our son's Christmas party.
