I will never again purchase from this online retailer (babyage.com). My recent experience went something like this... Placed the order, and was sent the wrong product (wrong size). I called customer service and was told the right one would be put in the mail that day, and that they'd send me the FedEx tags to return the incorrect one. I called 4 days later and they said the new one hadn't even been sent yet because they hadn't received the returned one yet (note that I was CLEARLY informed that the correct product was shipped when I talked to her, and had no contingency on the timing of receiving the incorrect product). Then, they were somehow out of stock on the product I ordered. So, I placed a new order to get the same product but just in a different color. They cancelled the old order and refunded the product charge, but it took two more phone calls to be refunded the $10 shipping charge (for the wrong product that they had sent me). After another ~5 days, I still hadn't received the new product and called. I was told "hmm...it looks like FedEx never picked it up - this happens when the tag falls off and we call it a "lost" item." At this point, the correct product should've been in my hands at least a week ago. They wouldn't overnight the product or do any expedited shipping, so I'm now waiting to hopefully receive the correct product next week. TERRIBLE customer service.
