As, in the majority of times, I appreciate their vast selection and quality of merchandice that they have to offer.  In addition, their customer representatives are exceedingly helpful, a pleasure to do business with.  If they can't answer a question, they go to extra lengths to obtain an answer.  Sometimes it is easy for them, sometimes they have to take a circutious way, to get me the most information possible.
I have been a long time customer, and I plan to continue shopping with Ballard Designs.

I have been a customer of Ballard Designs for almost twenty years! I have received their magazines over the years, and have ordered many items. I recently went to their new store in the Towne Center Mall in Jacksonville, Florida and was so thrilled to see all the familiar items in person that I had admired in the catalog. I loved it! I actually bought some of my favorite things too. I am a very pleased customer and will continue to order and visit their store.

I have been happy with all the products I have ordered at Ballard Design. I love the Eclectic style they offer. I just recently ordered the Loo Plaque and the Narcissus in Toulon print. I am very happy with both items. In the past I ordered the Petite Claire Chandelier and the sconce. I receive alot of compliments on both pieces. I will definitely order again from Ballard Designs.

My indoor / outdoor rugs were wonderful.  I found them to be exactly as pictured, and even better looking.  The price was fabulous for the value.  They arrived timely, and packaging was more than adequate.  I look forward to future purchases.

These urns were purchased for the purpose of displaying floral arrangements at the entrance to the aisle for my daughter's wedding.  They held the first arrangements our guests viewed as they approached the seatting area for the outdoor wedding.  They are elegant and just the right size for the tall flower arrangements.  I received rave comments and have moved them to my backyard and now hold outdoor plants where we do our outdoor entertaining.  I am so glad I found them when I searched Google for large urns.  They were ordered only 2 1/2 weeks before the wedding and were shipped promptly.

I was very surprised at the soft texture and excellent quality of these sheets.  My friends are all about 600 thread count, but i thought I would try these for a guest room.  Instead I will be using them on my bed.  So thanks to Ballards for offering a great product.

I bought a bag from ballards as an overnight bag for my baby daughter. I had it monogrammed with her name. It is really perfect for those weekend trips to visit the grandparents! I was able to stuff all her clothes, blankets, bibs, etc. in this roomy bag. I would definitely recommend, as it is very cute.

It's always such a treat to order some little item from Ballard and find that the quality and attention to detail extend even to the little things.  This is such a unique piece and looks just insanely cool sitting on my desk.  It's heavy and well made with a compass rose motif on the reverse.  A small flat spot in the glass allows it to sit at an angle on the desk and the whole thing is held together with threaded brass (I think) bands.  I've never seen a clock like this anywhere, myself, or I would have already bought it!

I ordered 6 of these cabinets for my office/studio and am so pleased with the whole set. I recommended these to my sister and she bought them in white. She loves hers too. I also appreciate the wonderful customer service I received from their staff. Great service! Great product!

I really appreciated that the tablecloth was lined.  Even better if I could have found the fringed burlap tablecloth at the outlet but they only had the non-fringed available!  I am really particular about the quality of the items I purchase and what I do enjoy about many of their products is that their quality is very good for their price point.

I love the outdoor drapery that I was able to purchase.  The fabric is exceptional and I'm looking forward to enjoying many cool nights under the comfort of the coverage provided once the drapes are hung.  The shipping went very well and was quick too!  I will definitely continue to shop Ballard and recommend it to my friends.

I had been looking for a sawhorse bookshelf for some time, although I didn't know what it was called.  I had seen one in a coffee shop in Louisville, KY, about three years ago.  The staff didn't know where it had been purchased, but I couldn't find one in any of the furniture stores I have visited since then.  I woas elated when I saw it in Ballards online catalogue, and I had to take a chance that it was like the one I had seen.  I'm glad I did.  It is perfect, and it was very easy to put together.  I was surprised how quickly I received it after ordering.

I have had many compliments on the stool, from the fabric choice (and you had many choices) to the style. Did not want a big ottoman look but that was all I found everywhere else. Stool fits my need perfectly. Individual flair and style to suit my eclectic tastes.  It was delayed in getting here and when I called I was taken care of efficiently and courteously. Great customer service. I was impresed with that as with the stool. Love their catalog. Have my eye on a luggage rack and big clock. Need to decide! Keep up the good work - purchasing, sales, and customer service.

I love the Mayfair bench. It's the perfect size for my small hallway. I think it's unique because of it's design. Well, anything is unique with Ballard designs in my book!

The Inconsolible print that we ordered was a gift for a friend. She saw the one hanging in our home and fell in love with it. She will receive hers as a house warming gift. Another friend saw ours and immediately ordered her own. This print is one of my favorite things in our home. It's great that they can offer something so beautiful at a manageable price. With all the things we have ordered from Ballard, we have never been anything but thrilled.

I was pleased with the chair cover that I purchased.  It is well made and replaced a chair cover that I purchased several years ago along with a parsons chair.  The salesperson who helped me  was very knowledgable and helped me with my color selection.

Ballard Designs do a great job illustrating their products.  The light I purchased looked just like the picture. The lady who took my order was very friendly and helpful even at the end of the day when I ordered.  I especially appreciate the way they pack to ship.  I've ordered a lot of lighting in the past and none have been protected that well.  It was a pleasure doing business with them.

The Leland chair i ordered from Ballards is the perfect size for my room. It is very comfortable and the color is just like the fabric sample provided. I used it to make a reading area in the corner of my study and I have used it daily since it arrived. I am very satisfied wth this product.

The rose print i bought from Ballard Designs is absolutely stunning. The colors are vivid and the oil over the roses has a very real 3d impact. The print has lots of great colors, greens beiges, and even the bright red. I'm also impressed with the size of the piece. I would love to order from them more of this type artwork due to the realism.

I was very pleased with this rug that i bought from Ballards.  The colors were just as vibrant as they were in the Ballard Designs catalogue and on their website.  I would eventually like to purchase the larger version for a guest room.

These are sturdy baskets that will last forever - I've bought others that were flimsy and fell apart in no time. I use these in my pantry to keep cans and dry goods organized.  They arrived well packaged and customer service was wonderful.  This is a great product.
