Terrible customer service and logistic handling from barebabies.com company!!! I placed a baby bed order 5 weeks before our arrival in the states. After 4 weeks and numerous calls and emails, I still didn't get an answer as to the status of my order. No one seemed to be able to help me track. They were short staffed, so I was told. So the urgent call from me was just left undone over the weekend by the customer rep. I finally had to cancel the order and buy it from another online store, babycenter.com to ensure a timely delivery. Otherwise my baby would be without a place to sleep in when we arrived. This was my first time buying from them, and for sure the last time!
Adding to the top agony, they charged my credit card before shipping. Now I am stuck with the payment of $160 for something I totally didn't even get. I called numerous times to try to get the refund. It has been over a month, I still didn't see the refund. I am taking it through my credit card company to deal with it. If you have a choice, don't shop with barebabies.com. Amazon.com is so much better at least in terms of cancellation, return and customer service.
