They are advertising and selling items that they do not stock in their own store. We ordered an infant car seat on 9/12 and it's 10/7 (24 days) now and we still do not have any update on when we can expect to receive the car seat. I have repeatedly told the customer support representative that the baby is due any day and the hospital would not let us leave unless we had an infant car seat. She sounded sympathetic, but she had NO CONTROL over expediting our order! We called twice and now they've taken down their customer support phone number off of their web site. I just emailed them again today (10/7), but I am about to cancel my order. They charged our credit card on the day of the order (25 days ago) and they have done absolutely nothing to fulfill the order. What a joke this online store is... how can they say "Availability: Usually ships the same business day." and then fail to fulfill their order? I am waiting to hear back from this merchant, but if we end up canceling our order, I will make sure no other online shoppers suffer from this merchant.
