I bought a Mutsy stroller the day after my son was born. Two days later I got the frame for the stroller, which I love. However, for some reason, the other half of the stroller (the Lime-colored SEAT) still hasn't shown up. It has been 6 weeks and 1 day. After two weeks I started contacting them to see what was with the delay. They were kind, but kept telling me it was Mutsy, the manufacturers fault, because they have to get that part of the order from them. They told me the same song and dance for the next few weeks. As last week (the 5 week mark) they have not responded (I sent 1 e-mail a week). I have tried to call them this week and their mail box was full yesterday, and today, it's not even the same answering machine. In fact, the current answering machine doesn't even mention the company or anything. I wonder if they are even in business still.
I have contacted Mutsy to get some more low down on them and my order, but am waiting for a return call. I'm pretty bummed that this is such a hastle, especially when I finally broke down and decided to pay so much for a stroller.
