Terrible experience! I found Barebabies on line when I was looking for a Peg Perego infant carrier. They had the best price, and offered free shipping so I placed my order. I should have done more research,but I was in a hurry to receive the infant carrier as my due date was quickly approaching. That was on Septemeber 14, 2008. I order a lot of items on-line, and usually receive them within 7-10 business days. This has not been the case with Barebabies. When I have tried to contact the company on several occasions, either their voice mail system is down, or their emails are returned to me. I did receive one email from them promissing that my order would be shipped "early next week," which would have gotten it to me around the first of October. It is now October 21, 2008, and I have no infant carrier and no communication from them at all! I haven't heard from them, nor have I been able to contact them by phone or email since that day. In fact, it seems their website has been down. My emails are being returned to me. I am due in 3 weeks and finally had to order an infant carrier from another company, which I received in less than a week. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company! If the item does get here, I will refuse delivery. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone! Do not go with the cheapest price! Research and read reviews! I have learned my lesson!
