I'm a really big fan of the designer, Exclusively Misook -- and this online store has the best selection and prices. In the past year, I've placed about 1 order per month with them (or more, but don't tell that to my husband).  I live in Pennsylvania  (they're also there -- only a couple hours away from me), so I usually get my orders with standard shipping in about 2-3 days. 

I've talked with customer service a few times, I guess they could be a little better -- but I've noticed an improvement over the past year.  I've generally received what I wanted -- including a price adjustment on merchandise that already shipped, but for which I didn't get the best sale price.

In reference to returns, it can sometimes take up to 2 weeks for the refund to show up on your credit card -- but I'm not sure that is that unusual (I also always save my tracking info).  I have to admit I was a little nervous about one return, which was over $500, but it was processed just fine.

With their recent 70% off sale, and the fact that they stopped using live models to display their items -- I'm a little worried that the bad economy has hit them a little too hard. 

Since I really hope Barrie Pace stays in business -- and I think other people only tend to write reviews when they are angry -- I wanted to write this review to say this store is GREAT.  Not absolutely perfect, but who is?  OK, maybe Nordstrom is, but Misook at Nordstrom's costs twice the price....
