Not ready for prime time

Very poor communication and customer service. No acknowledgement of order via email. When order did not arrive, called them and asked about status. On hold for 10 minutes. When the rep, who seemed barely literate, came back on, he said it would take another 10 to 15 minutes to get a status on the order. They have some work to do here.

The Barronmall shipped my or out the same day,however they over charged me but fix it the same day, i only new because the customer service rep contacted me. I found the customer service to excellent.
