BAD!! Never shop here with this company!!!
They're not doing business well or don't know how to take care of their customers.

This is what happend,

They listed 'Razer Copperhead mouse' on Buy.com marketplace. So I bought it becuase it says it was Razer copperhead. It was cheaper than any other places. That's why I choose them even I have to pay tax.

And you know what happen next?

They sent me 20 Pk of CD!!!!!! So I emailed first saying that they sent me wrong item. And they replied me saying that I ordered that or someone else may ordered that so cancel the order. But I already received item by that time.

So I called customer service. And talk with manager or higher customer representative. He said they mislisted item on Buy.com so they are going to give me full refunt if I send back the wrong shipped item.

They never try to saticify me. It seems like they want to clear this problem ASAP before they get sued or something.

As a customer, this kind of company is BAD to shop. they should try to work out with me to resolve this problem not to just back out and pretend that nothing has happened.


So this is NOT acceptable as a shopper.

anyways, now I have to return this item. I have to pay for the shipping.


And who's gonna pay for my time????????


DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BEACH AUDIO!!!!!!!!
