A few days before Christmas, I ordered a turntable from Beach Audio, not really expecting it until after the holidays. I was very surprised and delighted, when it was delivered on the 24th. Every aspect of the ordering and shipping process was flawless, from the order confirmation, to the shipping w/tracking information, to the actual delivery. Their service is outstanding and I would not hesitate ordering from them or recommending them. Thank you for everything Beach Audio.

Great experience.  Shopping for something this big - a plasma tv - you get nervous about not getting it from a Best Buy or a Circuit City. But Beach Audio  had a great price that I couldn't overlook. The shipping was about a week and there was no problem with my tv. I'm watching it now and everything is great. I would buy from Beach Audio Again.

Easy to use website which carries items that others don't.  Incredibly fast shipping and the cheapest prices anywhere!  I was looking for a  HDMI splitter, and I wasn't sure such a thing existed because I first tried Best Buy, Circuit City, Radio Shack, and Walmart looking for one.  Everyone agreed there should be one somewhere, but no one knew where.  I finally found it here!

I have never made a big electronics purchase online (very leary). I researched far and wide for months for best price and online store reviews. Beach Audio had a killer deal on this plasma and all of their reviews were excellent. I was sold. Beach Audio did several follow ups by phone and email. Their site was easy to navigate & customer service was polite & helpful. I ordered this plasma as the last one in stock. A rep called me back and said the site had not updated and they were out of stock. I agreed to leave the order open. A rep called me a few days later and said they had a cancellation & my order was filled and shipped. This is the kind of service I am looking for when dealing online. I was impressed. The only complaint is the shipping co. was given specific instructions to ring the doorbell & I will be home. The driver called when I was asleep and he didn't come to the house. I spoke w/ the driver and he said he drove by and saw no car so he didn't stop.....which is a lie cuz I was home asleep from a graveyard shift. Anyway I got the plasma the day after. I have already done business w/ Beach Audio again. Very pleased with them.

This was my first experience with Beach Audio and based on this experience I would do business with them again.  I ordered 2 digital picture frames the morning of Dec 17.  I got a call from Beach Audio in the afternoon just to confirm my shipping address since it was different than my billing address (they didn't bug me about buying anything else or warranties or anything like that).  They confirmed I would receive the order before the holidays, which was a must for me, otherwise I would have cancelled my order.  The item was shipped out on the 17th and was delivered on the 18th (that's the next day).  I only paid the standard $5 shipping.  That's pretty amazing.  All in all this was a great experience.  I was skeptical due to this being my first order with Beach Audio and not having seen an abundant amount of positive feedback for them but I am very pleased with the overall experience.

My first order from Beach Audio was on 12/04/08.  I ordered a Terk Direct TV Satellite Dish Antenna.  I was notified by email the same day confirming my order.  Shipment was made immediately and received in the normal time.

I had a delightful experience with ordering a Toshiba LCD through Beach Audio.  Customer service called me the next day to verify the suffix of my street address and the TV was sent practically instantly from a nearby city for only $5 ground shipping.  It arrived about 38 hours after the late night order was made on line in perfect condition.  Thanks for the excellent service.  I was nervous about making such a large purchase sight unseen on line, but had no problems.

I was hesitant to use Beach Audio at first because I was not familiar with them. However, I decided to go ahead and try them out because the price of the item I needed was lower than any other place I could find. I wanted to have my order mailed out and so I ordered from them. Beach Audio's website did not provide details that would allow me to identify which battery packs would work with my phone.  It shows a tiny picture of the connection plug with poor resolution- not enough to tell the difference- and there is no list of compatible models. 

I ordered batteries for my GE cordless phone.  The brand and model recommended in the phone's manual does not seem to be available.  I bought an AT&T 3.6v, 700mAh NICa rechargable 3-battery set; the description said "for most GE phones." 

Well, not for mine.  The connector plug is different at an almost microscopic scale (slight difference in the shape of the tiny box and position of the pins). 

By the time I pay a 10% restocking fee, return shipping, and shipping on a different model, I would lose even more money by attempting to return it.

I ordered my Sennheiser RS-140 RF Wireless Headphones from Beach Audio and received an immediate acknowledgement of my order. The next day I received notification that my order had been shipped and two days later I received my headphones. The headphones are everything I had hoped for and I could not have received any better service than Beach Audio gave me. I will look forward to ordering other items from Beach Audio in the future.

I found this company's online storefront through Amazon.com and their service was excellent. My cables shipped out within one business day of ordering and they arrived on time in perfect condition.
