I went to Beachaudio.com and found that the item I was shopping for was priced best here. Shipping was $5.00 and I was told it would take 5 to 6 business days to receive. It took 2! ONLY 2 days. I ordered the item in the morning, customer service physically called me that afternoon and told me my order was process and shipping the same day...this wasn't a computer calling me...it was a real person. Got the product extremely fast and at the best price out there. Couldn't have asked for a better online buying experience. 5 STARS!!!

Don't believe What Beach Audio tells you in the description of the product. They are wrong often and will not take responsibility for their mistakes. they owe me an additional battery for my Gn Netcom GN-9350 GNN WRLS OFFICE HEADSET (Gn Netcom GN9350). They advertised that it came with an additional battery but it did not, and when I asked for the battery, they said no. I won't shop there again.

Quick and easy order online via the secure checkout. To my amazement, I got my radio one day after I got the message that it had been shipped. I could not be happier with my new SuperRadio. [I have had 2 of the GE SuperRadios, and they cannot be beat as an excellent radio at a reasonable price. I got this radio for basically what I would have paid on Ebay once you include the ebay shipping charges. A great deal!!

I purchased a product thru Amazon and one of there 3rd party vendors. It was cancelled after 10 days of being on backorder. Immediately after I received my email of cancellation, I found Beach Audio thru an internet search. They had the same price which was the cheapest I could find so I placed my order. Battery is as discribed; however, it doesn't fit the Siemens A70 phone I purchased it for although the Siemens uses a 3.7V 650mAh battery. I should have phoned Beach before ordering online. Fully satisfied with Beach Audio.

This is my first purchase from Beach Audio and I am completely satisfied. My order shipped when I was told it would and arrived when I was told it would. And my purchase was exactly what I ordered. Another dealer had a lower purchase price but when I read the customer feedback it was obvious that dealer was a flim-flam operation. All customer feedback I read on Beach Audio was positive – add mine to that list. I’ll turn to them first for my next purchase.

Overall I am satisfied with the purchase from Beach Audio. It was easy to find and order product from the website. The product was delivered on time and in good condition. They only thing I would suggest is to ship the product from East Coast warehouse to the addresses in East Coast to reduce the delivery time. Shipments from West Coast to East Coast take longer to deliver.
