I have nothing to say but good things about them.  They have a wonderful selection, good prices, fast delivery and excellent customer service.  I've bought many things from them for myself and for my business clients.  The few times that I had to return something, there was absolutely no hassle as assured on their website.  I wish more online retailers were like them.

I have ordered from this merchant several times. I keep coming back because I have never been disappointed. I wish I could do all my on-line shopping from them. I receive quality items at an exceptional price and not only do I receive the items on time, I am always surprise because they come quicker then I was expecting. Item was out of stock, yet credit card was billed upon order. Item is back-ordered after 4 weeks, and not expected for another 3-5 weeks, per "customer service" agent. Not the best shopping experience we've had.

Delivery time was excessive, it has been 20 days now and i still have not recieved my order. I recieved 2 lamps, but no shades. I cancelled the table order due to the company advising (after i called them when i did not recieve them in a timely manner)that the tables would be back ordered and no date available for delivery. I will NEVER use Bellacor again.

I was confused about the directions for assembly and called. I was told the manufacturer needed to be contacted and I would receive a C/B. Nothing. I called the manufacturer's nember and was told that they no longer did business there. I am still confused about the directions and have not used the product-- a $75. purchase!

I have received an email saying this product is on backorder. The money was taken from my account 3 weeks ago. Why did it take 3 weeks (after you had my money) to find out you did not have the product. You still have my money. Happy interest to you.

I had such a positive experience with the first round of products we bought that we went back for more. We are remodelling, so we have purchased a lot of lighting and other things. The selection is almost overwhelming, and varied. And when one is spending hours looking at stuff on the web, it is fantastic that the website is easy to navigate.

Their website did not indicate that the item was out of stock, or I would not have ordered. I received an email a day after that fact, while my credit card had been charged for the amount plus shipping. It took several phone calls and several days to receive a credit. I will not shop there again and I will not recommend them to my friends!

It is hard to buy some items on the internet. I did a lot of research and measuring to make sure this was what I wanted. The color of the shades had to be gauged from the representative pictures. This is difficult when you already have all the other items for the room and are trying to match them. Overall, they were as stated and I can fit them into the design of another room, so I will not return them.

The item that I ordered arrived promptly. However, it was damaged in transit and unusable. Spoke to customer service rep who indicated that there would be a credit placed on my credit card.....however, no credit was ever placed. When I questioned them about it, I was told that I should hang on to the merchandise for 30 days and then eliminate, and that they would be filing a claim with shipper......30 days later....still no credit, and no feed back from customer service. Eventually filed a dispute form with my Credit Card company. Still awaiting resolution
