I will use the website to price compare between vendors but will search the store for my desired product and purchase in person instead of waiting for the online procedures and dealing w incorrect items being selected. This has happened more than once.

I had to purchase at least the same amount of how much my gift certificate was. I couldn't buy anything lower than that amount. Also, couldn't really track my order; it just tells me that the electronic shipment info was received, and only knew when my package would arrive when I actually got it.

Very easy. Ordered online, had an immediate e-mail confirming my order and within 45-minutes had an e-mail telling me my order was ready to pickup. Picked up my order about two hours later. Had there not been a customer at the counter returning a purchase, I would have been in and out of the store within five minutes.
Nice to be able to shop at your own pace online and then pickup your order when you have the time.

My order was two parts. First I ordered a Wii game (EA Active) which I selected for in-store pick up. My experience was flawless. The order was ready when I arrived at the store, taking me only mintues to complete my transaction. The second half of the order, a bonus gift card for purchasing the Wii game, arrived via the mail. The card arrived within a week of my initial order. I have no complaints. I shopped online last night via best buy's website, so I was a very satisfied customer. I have recommended their website to two friends in the past week.

This was a great experience! I quickly located what I wanted on the website and the info there assured me that the product was exactly what I was looking for. Once my online purchase cleared, I received emails from Best Buy confirming exactly what I ordered, what I paid and when it would be available for me to pick up. All the pertinent information, including contact information for the store, was provided on the email. When I went to pick up my order, I waited less than 5 minutes for the clerk to verify what I had ordered and hand me my purchase. I was in and out, with a complete and correct order, in less than 15 minutes. I will definitely do this again!
