They saw us coming. My wife and I are seniors. The BEST BUY team is well trained to lie, I'm sorry to say. We bought a HDTV. They promised no interest for 18 months which in Best Buy language means 14% interest. They took advantage of us old folks. Shame on Best Buy. Plus they signed us up for an insurance policy without our knowledge. My advice is if you must buy at Best Buy, PAY CASH. Otherwise they'll eat you alive.

my kids purchased the camera for my birthday but it was an open box so i returned it to the store and ordered it online cause the store had NO stock. BestBuy on line purchases are far superior to in store purchase of this cannon camera. would have loved to buy it at the store but they had no stock and tried to get me to keep this open box camera that had no instructions in English. My online experience was great, i was not disappointed as it took a short time to receive my birthday camera. Thanks To BestBuy online store I got what I wanted and it was on sale too.

The online process was exceptional...however, when I arrived at the store, the online purchases pickup line, and customer returns line where the same. I had to wait nearly 15 minutes to pick up my package. Had I known this, I would have simply walked in the store and bought it there. Unfortunately, the ending part of the experience was not good. Everything else was superior. The product is great though. I would suggest improving this system. It needs to be fixed...otherwise, let people know that they will have to wait in potentially long lines to pick up their purchases. I ordered online to save time and hassle. Ordering went smoothly. Customer service at store for "in-store pickup" was poor. Review the order before you leave because if we were not paying attention we would have been given a product that was not near what we had ordered.
