Best Vacuum had the best prices on the web - undercut the competitors by around $100. Shipping was spot-on. Only thing I didn't like was that they shipped the vacuum in its original box with no box around it, so it got a little banged up in the shipping process (the vacuum itself was fine). It was a gift, so that was a little disappointing, but not disappointing enough where I wouldn't shop with them again.

I bought this for my sister in another state who isn't well and needed a lighter vacuum. She did have to take it to a store to have it assembled. That certainly might be because of her weakened condition. I won't be able to test the product myself until I am able to next see her. After I can do an actual test, I might purchase a vacuum for myself; I don't know.(You really should have a Don't Know choice for #7; I'm going to put No because I think the two-choice answer is an unfair skewing of the survey. -- I appreciated having the shipping and handling included in the price of the vacuum--that's a more up front way of pricing for on-line customers. And the info you provided on the various vacuums was helpful. My sister had heard about this vacuum on the Ellen show, and that's why I/we were interested in the brand. She's been spot on in other endorsements that we've used--even though we're not exactly in her average demographics
