Best Price Audio Video had a great price on the item I wanted. After checking the other low priced sellers I found 2 sellers selling at a low price because the items were refurbished. That left BPAV and the other store. I read reviews on both stores. I then checked with the BBB. The other store had hundreds of complaints filed during the past year. Best price Audio Video had 2 filed within the past 3 YEARS and the complaints were trivial in MY OPINION. So I placed my order on a Saturday. Almost immediately received an order confirmation e-mail. Thought to myself, "I'll probably have this friday". On monday evening I received the ORDER SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION e-mail as well as tracking #. On tuesday I checked the tracking # and discovered it was scheduled to be delivered THURSDAY. On thurs. it arrived and in good condition. ( 1 or 2 mars on the outer packaging due to UPS, nothing to be concerned about ). Item was exactly as described on BPAV's site. I am completely satisfied with this ordering experience and will do business with them again.

Web design is not as good as amazon.com or bhphotovideo.com. It's kind of unclear to navigate through. Would be much better if web is improved. Price was the best at pricegrabber.com, which did not even include the $25 rebate. The web site provided a link to rebate information. Item was shipped the second day, which is much faster than many other online shops including amazon.com. In general, good place to shop.

Wow what a great experience. After several tries with the bait and switch sites, these guys do it right. Ordered my Canon Digital Rebel Xt on Friday morning before they were open and received the confirmation email right away, no calls, no trying to sell over priced accessories. Later that evening I was checking my email and I received another stating that the order was shipped and there was a tracking number also. Got home from work on Monday and it was here. You guys rock and I will shop here again.

My experience was good. The surround sound system I ordered was not in stock like they said it was, but I received an e-mail stating my options. They were: 1.) Cancel the order for a full refund. 2.) Wait for it to arrive and it would be shipped (about 4 additional days). 3.) Upgrade to the next level, which is in stock, for $50. I chose option 2.), however, I received the upgraded product on the date promised (4 days late) with no additional charge.
