The wine fridge was delivered 2-3 weeks ago and is still sitting in our garage in its packaging, so we haven't even actually seen it yet. It was never made clear to us in the purchasing process that it was only curbside delivery, nor were we given the opportunity to upgrade to in-home delivery. I spoke with a customer service agent while Pilot was here (with one man) and I was made aware that they were not bringing it into the house. The Beverage Factory agent called Pilot, to find out how much more it would cost to actually install the unit into the house and told me it would be $55.00. It was clear to them at that point that it would take 2 men to bring the 350 lb. unit into my house, as the delivery man was very nervous about even getting it off his truck alone. They were aware there are no steps and that this would be a re-delivery. I agreed and per Bev Factory instructions emailed them authorization to charge my card the extra $55.00. I was told Pilot would be contacting me to set up a time to get two men back here to install the fridge in the next day or so. I recieved no calls for a week. I then called Pilot, who were going to set up installation the next day. However, the next day, I get a call from Bev Factory saying it will be an extra $200 to have them bring it into my house. This is completely unacceptable to me since we had already established that it would be $55 and no terms of that had changed. I am very close to sending the unit back to Beverage Factory as it does me no good sitting in its packaging in my garage. Unless this is remedied, I will not only never buy from Beverage Factory again but I will share my story with others and discourage them from doing so as well.

My recent purchase from Beverage Factory has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I've had in the last 5 years. While Customer Service has been courteous and as helpful as possible the order fullfillment process has just been horrible. My order was incompletly shipped and when I contacted Customer Service I received an email response that my missing parts would be shipped out as soon as possible. In reality the part did not ship for nearly 7 days and when I received the pacakge, it was still missing a second part. Again, I contacted Customer Service, who quickly apologized for the mistake and promised that my missing CO2 line would be shipped overnight so I could receive it prior to the July 4th Holiday. Guess what? That's right...I'm still waiting for the second CO2 line and the online tracking system shows the order is still in the "Processing" stage. Which means I can expect my still missing part to show up within the next 7-10 days. Bottom line...I regret making my purchase from your company and will make it my mission to let as many people as possible know about my horrible experience with Beverage Factory.

I looked like it had been repaired/patched up & then re boxed.
Of course they state that you have to open the boxes immediately (something we did not do since they were delivered to our door when we were on the east coast).
So I would not recommend them again.

This is the last time I will order. They sent the wrong items and illegally charged my credit card. When I spoke to them on the phone all they said was "oops" it was a computer error and they would refund my purchase. Still waiting for them to do that. I will have to put a stop payment on my card.

I can't begin to tell you how happy I am with my Beverage Factory purchase. I was worried about making such a large purchase from the web but the customer service was EXCELLENT. My questions were answered by a "human", the summit refrigerator came a week later. When I discovered a small part was missing I called customer service, received excellent human service again, and the part came within days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am so impressed with this company and LOVE my new refrigerator. |

I ordered an Avianti wine cellar in December. They called me a month later to say they couldn't deliver it to a house that is located on a dirt road. They wanted me to pick it up myself, in Denver (it weighs 300 lbs) and I said I was unable to do that. They charged me for return shipping ($125) even though it was THEM who wouldn't deliver it. The customer service people were the rudist I have EVER dealt with. Clearly, this company has no interest in pleasing the customer. STAY AWAY from these unprofessional people.
