Pros:
Medium-grade website, medium-grade shipping, medium-grade pricing
Cons:
Wrong items sent, damaged packaging
The Bottom Line:
There's tons of places to get fitness equipment online, why choose Big Fitness, when you can get better overall quality elsewhere?

I ordered a few things from Big Fitness. I'll go into the specifics of each item soon. First, the basics.
Their website is usable, but product information is a little limited. Their product range has good variety, but some things seem a little lacking.
As for the items I ordered? Well, I received my lifting gloves in perfect condition, packaged well, and in the correct size. No complaints there.
Next were the collars. The collars they sent were
NOT the ones pictured. Instead, they were smaller in size and weaker in strength, and didn't have rubber hand grips. I specifically ordered these collars because the picture portrayed the exact collars I already had at the time, and was very pleased with. Instead, I was sent weaker, looser collars without hand grips. What a pain!
And in a separate box came my olympic tricep bar. And this separate box was an absolute
mess! It looked as if someone had beaten the box on purpose! I was very unhappy with the condition of the packaging, as it looked as if it was about to fall apart!
After removing the frail, beaten packaging, and examining my tricep bar, it was in
barely reasonable condition. It had scratches, dents, and discolorations in a few spots.
The bottom line?
There's tons of places to get fitness equipment online, why choose Big Fitness, when you can get better overall quality elsewhere?
