They have our $468 and we have an unusable dresser with a crushed corner that they won't replace, repair or refund!!! PLEASE, for your own sake, DO NOT use this company. We have been trying to work with them since Aug 22, 2008 and can get no where!! They continue to say, "You signed for it." ---- I did sign for it - the carton/packing was not damaged - in fact it was packed very well - there was no external indication as to the damage that lie below. I contacted them the next business day and was told we would have a replacement part or a full replacement by Sept 15, 2008. A short time after that I received an email stating they would not replace, repair or refund -- the email closed with, "...sorry for the inconvenience." I have made MANY calls and sent many emails to the company and continue to get the runaround!.... Now we're working with BBB and others. The initial sale started out OK and the item was delivered on time after that ... straight down hill .... so please don't be fooled!!! ... Again, for your own sake, don't use this company and be aware they do have other names they work under.
