the description failed to mention that this product was a PAINT marker, we were looking for the sharpie, like the silver one that is a gold marker, felt tip, not a paint marker that you have to shake. very disappointed

For some reason they sent 97 of one kind and 3 of another. I called and received 3 more of the correct kind the next day. Apparently, I live like 15 miles from the ship point. Excellent!

I placed an order for more than $50.00 worth of office supplies and so there was no shipping charge. I expected my order is 3-5 days as is standard for no charge shipping these days - I must say I was SUPER IMPRESSED to see my order the NEXT business day!!! I ordered Saturday morning. They shipped Monday and I received the package Tuesday. They used one-day UPS, even though I did not have to pay extra for shipping. I rarely see anything that fast. If you need materials in a hurry, here is a good place to get them.

As an avid internet shopper for business supplies, I must say Business-Supply.com has truly exceeded my expectations in terms of delivery, selection and pricing. Although it is not the mother of all office supply shops, your many of your office needs can be met here.

I have toggled back between Staples, Office Depot, Viking & OfficeMax primarily for their sales and coupons. However, Business-Supply.com will now be my regular supplier in my office so I won't need to wait for a coupon codes since their pricing is competitively fair. For us in NY, free shipping AND no tax allows for substantial savings. Also, the company offers occasional freebies and discounts from time to time. It's just a shame that I didn't discover this company sooner and my order came the next day!
