When we needed to order several corner desks at work, we turned to the CSN Office Furniture store online. I have ordered furniture many different times online, and it can be a hit or miss as to how well these companies deal with shipping the correct products on time. With CSN, I ended up being pretty content with how they did get us exactly what we ordered, and it did come within the specified amount of time from the confirmation sheet. Doing everything right puts them into the top tier of online furniture stores in my experience, and if we ever need more of these corner desks, CSN will be the web-site that we turn to without hesitation.

CSN doesn't just sell the corner desks we were looking for, but they also sell traditional, industrial, executive, transitional, children's and ergonomic desks just to name a few. You can get just about any feature you want on these desks, and as long as you are willing to spend a few moments looking through the search engine, you will probably find something that interests you. One of the cool things is that when you use the search engine, they provide a number of easy to click links on the left side of the page to jump you right to a specific desk type or shape. For instance, they have the searches split into finishes, construction, whether it needs assembled, width, depth, customer ratings, and even a price range. It allows you to really slim down what you are looking for, and gives you the ability to really find things quickly. The best option they have is a shipping speed section, where you can choose based on how fast the desks can get to your location.

Selecting our desk, we were given free ground shipping, but provided with the option to upgrade the shipping for a little extra. I say "a little extra", but that is relative, because to ship furniture it is always quite expensive to get something across the country. We set ourselves up with an account, and paid for the desks using a credit card. A confirmation e-mail was sent to us letting us know that the order was being processed, and it seemed like a pretty seamless order from beginning to end. I have to say that it was nice to be able to see when each item would be shipped by their on-site estimates, and that they listed the shipping costs with the desks, rather than keeping them as a surprise until the last moment. Many of the products do offer the free shipping though, and depending on when you hit the site, you may get free shipping and no taxes charged to your order.

The whole process of using the CSN web-site, placing the order, and receiving the product was effortless, and no problems came up with the order. One thing I did note from the site, is that they have someone working at their customer service desks 7 days a week, so if you come across a problem with your order or just a simple question, you can either call or e-mail the company to get your answers. I didn't have to use the customer service, but it was nice to know that they had it available if I ever did need to go through them. The site itself takes care of any need you can think of, providing more information in their search engines and FAQs than most furniture sites I have seen before. I would say that the CSN Office Furniture Online Store is one that is easily used, and which I can recommend without any reservations. They were good to us the one time I used the site, and I fully think I would use them again.
