The 2 rugs I ordered are very discolored and have dye flaws in them. I cannot get CSN to pick them up at their expense for a refund. They want me to pay the shipping. I sent CSN pics of the rugs showing the flaws and they sent the pics to the manufacturer who says they are "antiqued washed" which they say makes the dye different shades in places. This is not stated in the description on the CSN website and the rugs I received do not look like the pic on their website. I know what antique washed rugs look like and these rugs do not look like the typical antique washed rug. They look defective!! They look dirty instead of antiqued and one entire end of one of the rugs is a very dark color (about 6" all the way across), and the other rug has approx. 1" green squares spaced an inch apart all the way down the side of the rug......a definite pattern which looks like a flaw in the dye when the rug was made. I have gotten opinions on the rugs from other people, including a decorator, and they all agree that the rugs look like defective rugs. I am very dissastisfied with the rugs and with the treatment I'm getting from CSN Rugs. I should not have to pay return shipping for defective rugs. If you would like pics, I would be glad to send them.

Have not reccived it yet. I ordered it because it said it would only be 3-5 days. Later they emailed me and said it would be 10-12. Typical American service; say one thing and do another.

Had bought the same rug through RUGSUSA and it arrived defective. The process to return was a nightmare. The process to get money credited to my account was a nightmare. This merchant's site is easy to use. E-mail kept me in the loop regarding delivery and product was received in good condition. Thank you.
