I looked at their website and found that they had 2 new HP iLO server licenses available. I contacted their customer service to verify they had this available. After speaking with someone they assured me they had it in stock. I ordered it at approximately 11:10 local time on Friday 10/10. I called later that afternoon to confirm that my order had been shipped and that i will get my product by Tuesday since I paid for 2 day shipping. The lady i spoke to was very confused and first told me the cost of my item was double what the original cost was and that my shipping was ground. She finally confirmed that she was looking at the wrong order #. So she assured me along with other emails from CTI that this was going to be shipped that Friday and that I would get a tracking# by Friday evening or monday morning. Monday came around and still nothing. I sent another email and they told me that they were out of stock. Why would you say you had it in stock if you were out. I would not have ordered. So they said they were going to ship it out overnight to get to me by Tuesday. I asked for the tracking number and they told me that they couldn't give it to me and that they would give it to me Tuesday morning. Tuesday morning comes around and i don't hear from them. This is really getting pretty annoying. No information from them. I send them another email and they finally give me the tracking #. Later that evening I get the package and come to find out it came from China. I know plenty of people that have gotten scammed from china and if I wanted something from China I would have just ordered it on ebay. I sent them an email telling them i do not want this product because first it never came in it's original packaging and second it was from China. I still have not heard back from them. Buyer Beware!!!! This place is a scam!!
