Cafe Press is a fun idea with some good products. You can buy a product that says just about anything in just about any form. Hats, shirts, mugs, pins, pens, anything you want can be personalized. There are a lot of different saying and images. There is a great selection.
I found a fun shirt on the site to help a friend celebrate his impending fatherhood, and decided to have it shipped directly to his home as a gift. I heard nothing from the site, and assumed everything had gone fine. A few weeks later when I asked him about it, he told me he hadn't received the shirt. I emailed Cafe Press, and then they told me that delivery had failed. The didn't notify me; I had to ask them about it. The address I had was not quite correct, so I sent them the corrected one. They told me they would send it again, "free of charge," as if doing me a favor. When I asked why I hadn't been notified of the error, they did not respond.
I won't order from CafePress again. I don't feel that I should have to babysitt them after I place an order, and I am incensed that they did not tell me when there was a problem. I am also unhappy with the way they handled my complaint.
