This company is utterly terrible. I ordered a bunch of potato chips which one can not get where i live. Upon receipt of the order I noticed that not all the product was received. I went to their support page and logged an issue. I wait 3 weeks, and i get no response. I finally call, and they said it will be shipping today. I wait another week, and i still have nothing. I get an email and they inform me that my order was correct, and that i am trying to defraud them. I continue to try and reason with these yahoos and get no where. I end up going to the Louisiana Better Business Bureau to get this resolved. I find that I am not the only one who has had bad business dealings with this organization. This company has had over 50 complaints registered against them in the past 36 months, and most are not resolved or responded to by the company, further more those complaints are only the people like myself who are angry enough to take the time and energy to file a complain. There are plenty more out there. I copied the response from the BBB below.
