traumatizing and a huge waste of my time

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered my son's costume on Oct 3. When it hadn't arrived by Oct 17th (the date that the item was promised), I made a call. They said that I should have received an email stating that they had it back ordered. I explained that I had not been notified. Customer service said they would express ship it at no cost and it would arrive Monday before Halloween. Monday arrived and no costume. When I called back I was on hold for over an hour. The first time was for 30 minutes to get to a customer service rep, then when someone finally came on she put me on hold for another 30 minutes without coming back on to update me. When she finally came back on, she said she would call me back. I advised her to cancel my order and refund my money. I sent an email to customer service with a complaint. They said they would respond within 24 hours. It has been two weeks and no response. I also had to call a week after my order was cancelled to see why they had not refunded my money. The customer service person stated that they do not charge until the item is shipped. I was told that I would have to provide a bank statement to prove that I was charged. It has been two weeks since I cancelled my order and my money has still not been refunded. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
