I am writing this review for CELEBRATE EXPRESS. Be careful -- some of their descriptons are incorrect and if you ask them to rectify the problem, they will blame it on YOU. See the exchange below from their customer service dept. They actually SAID it wasn't their fault that I got the wrong item!!

Thank you for your email. Honestly mamm, it is truly not our fault you didn't order the item you wanted initially. What I am trying to do is give you the best option we have as far as you receiving the items that you want. You can call us at 1-800-424-7843.

This would mean I pay for shipping twice and for return shipping. This isn't an acceptable solution

I sent a message 3 DAYS AGO and still don't have a reply. The item I received -- the "family games" box is NOT what is described in the catalog. The catalog states it is for 3-6 and the box states it is 5-12. I looked it up with the manufacturer and these are 2 DIFFERENT games. The one I received does not match the description and is not appropriate for my children. Please let me know how we can rectify this promptly.
