I love shopping online....no crowds, no noise to disturb my child, no surprises ruined as she peeks into the shopping cart, and a huge selection that totally differs from local shops! Also I can shop at my leisure directly from home. I can start a search, walk away to tend to my child, put supper on, take bathroom breaks without leaving the shop (online), get a snack, and never lose my place in the store! How great is that? Not to mention shopping in my PJs and slippers at 2 am! Really can't beat that!

I had never heard of birthdayexpress.com before doing a search for dinosaur birthday supplies. I was having issues with finding what my daughter and I wanted in local stores. At the top of the page and of each search page, you see the most popular featured items. Narrow down your search even more by the pull down menu of low to high price, high to low price, best match, or name. Tabs at the top allow you to see additional items available such as costumes, sale items, every day parties, birthday parties, and First Birthday. Also you can order a catalog, then you can order directly from the catalog via phone. Additional searches are for ultimate parties, party favors, cake supplies,personalized, party themes, and partyware. There is no wishlist but the cart allows you to continue shopping and purchase multiple items fast. A sizing chart with all measurements lets you know what size to buy. To make shoppers feel better about ordering online, items can be returned for a full money back refund. (Return shipping is not included in this.) Items do have to be unopened and not used. Shipping costs vary depending on how much your total order is....$5.95 is standard delivery for under $24.95 and it goes up as you spend more. Overnight and 3 day delivery options are available but cost more. No post office boxes can be used to order. Normal delivery time is 10 business days and that is exactly how long it was before we received our order. (Personalized items can take an extra week to process.) When you order, they tell you when to expect the items. I received an email letting me know that my order had shipped and with the order number I was able to go to the online site to check tracking information.

Not only did I order dinosaur birthday supplies but also after I told a friend about the site, she ordered a Spiderman cake topper for her son. We both were extremely happy with our unique birthday supplies that we could have never found at such low prices locally. I ordered the Dinosaurs Personalized Birthday Banner, the very cute Dino Cups with Straws, Dinosaurs Basic Pack which contained partyware, and Dinosaurs Favor Boxes. I was happy that the favor boxes contained small toys and no candy! I was able to choose what to put on the banner....name or a saying! Everything was high quality and I couldn't have been happier!
