This has been one of the worst online expierience I have ever had with any company and will not buy from then ever again. very , very dissatisfied with the whole process. i sent in the coupon from the Parade Magazine and never heard a word so they had my address and card number.

I pray that the conversation with Linda (in customer service) today was recorded so she can be job hunting since I feel she is dishonest and lied to me several times. I also feel she should be terminated and if you have her answer the phone BEWARE.

I ordered a product several months ago and money was deducted from my account on 5/31/08........product was returned due to USPS forwarding rules. I called and spoke to Angie who had it re-orderd and was finally shipped on 7/21/08 and even though the promise of delivery well before that. Said out of stock but no effort to contact anyone. I had given my information including phone number and address they did not have it in their records. So I had to chase down my product or I would have never got it. They had my records all screwed up even to wondering if my father had ordered from heaven since he passed away in 1991.

Again I will never order from these people again and a law rule is buyer beware for the service was very poor. Caviot Emptor (Latin for buyer beware)
