I found my shopping experience excellent and will be a repeat shopper in the future. The quality and selection is excellent with product availability not found else where for the price. Especially appriciate the rating system which helps no end in making an intelligent purchase. Very enjoyable experience.

Although the website did not make clear that the flatware came in two finishes, when I received the wrong one (I wanted brushed finish, but it came in mirror), the customer service person went WAY out of her way to correct the situation and make the exchange so easy and without any conflict at all. A pleasure to do business with this company!

I've had several online purchases from these folks and though the price is not always the very best discount and the selection is the middle of the best to cheap scale, their delivery and web page navigation and accuracy are one of the best I can recall.

If you know what you want and they have it in the virtual world, you can order and have it in less than a week. Be sure you know what you want, because their business is distribution not critical full disclosure.

I don't think the shipper, DHL, is a good choice. Only one of many online purchases that was lost and delayed. The customer service reps just couldn't get it right. I e-mailed and called them. But they couldn't tell if the re-order had been processed, shipped, if item was out of stock at that point or not. I have now received my order, to my satisfaction (however too late for Christmas),but I expect they will wind up on the short end, becaused I think they are still confused about the order. Thanks for inquiring.

UNLESS COOKING.COM SHIPS UPS I WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN. THE US POSTAL SERVICE HAD THIS PACKAGE WITHIN 15 MILES FROM ME ON 2 DIFFERENT TIMES AND THE BOX WAS OPENED ON THE TOP AND BOTTOM, THE POPCORN WAS FALLING OUT OF THE BOX.
