 It has been nothing but wonderful for the past 11-12 years. I started with candles and went to oils.  People need to understand that they rate there oil by A an B.  Bs smoke more due to the oil.  She says this all over her oil site.  The more clear to me the less it smokes. Now if you order a B rated sent, it will smoke.  Like she has said add some alchole. to help dulite the sent.  Wilma will do any think to make things right. I know I have been in that situation. She also has this on her web site, Taking care of wicks and much more. I have never had a problem.  It states on her web site 8am to call not 7:ooam. I was really upset to see those cancel there order because the time they called.  They can and do work all hours of the night. They travel all over to show there product.  . NOBODY is perfect all the time. The
people that complain are the ones loosing out. I am not a family or friend just somebody I have bought from  for years ( 175-200$) per month. I have been ordering for years and will never change. They are the best for the pice. NOt that it matters to the company,but please give them a chance and realize they have family too they need Some time to sleep. I promise, go for the A line and you will be happy and most of all follow all the instructions to taking care of the wick.  Willm thank you for all the oil lamps I have bought (6) and the excelent customer service..   Frequent flyer forever Wolfe
