I have a current outstanding order with them and guess what - it is already 1 week old. Credit has even approved it during the start of the week. Everytime I write to them as well as live chat with them (which I do everyday), I get the assurance that it will be sent out today - however it never did.

I do not know how long more I have to wait. Have now written to the General Manager. I do not know whether I will get the same reply of "it will ship today" but in fact never got actioned by someone - somewhere. I will cancel if still not resolved tomorrow.

Their live chat is very helpful but somehow their service delivery is the worst I have had in my life - I do a lot of purchasing online and this is the absolute worst experience I have had.

However their website is one of the best for its type of business. Straight to the point no fluff website. I can research all the types of RAM option for my computer.

I do not know why there is such a great difference between the online site and their service delivery.
