I was really impressed with the service and ease of finding what I needed from Crutchfield, I found the head unit that i wanted and ordered all the additional parts (install kit, instructions, satellite radio add on and a few others) from Crutchfield. Their break down of what parts are available for each reciever was great and really easy to use! The only issue was that the reciever was very overpriced from them, i ordered it from Amazon. I felt bad about that but it's the way the economy works. If they could lower their prices a little it would be great, not for the ad ons but for the main units.

this is my second purchase through crutchfield, and yet again right on top. even though outlets like bestbuy, i can get merchendise faster. the entire support system at crutchfield, is far better. from knowing what will and will not fit my vehicle to being able to call 6 months after purchase and still get top notch tech support. i work for wal-mart, we carry many simular products, and at times the same ones. i have still been known to refer people to crutchfield for those hard to find parts.

The good thing about buying a car receiver with Crutchfield is that it comes with the necessary accessories for installing your new purchased car receiver. Keep that in mind. Even though I have never used it, they returned policy is one of the best as stated by other buyers that have opted for using it.

I have never installed a car stereo before, I purchased this unit for my son's car, My son and I followed the excellent instructions and installed the unit in about an hour. Not only did I get to bond with my son, but he now has an awesome stereo for his car. Thank you very much Crutchfield

The only concern was the tracking information. This really is not a Crutchfield problem but UPS. My order stated it was shipped on the 10th of July but the UPS web page did not have current information until the 12th.
