Excellent seller! Buy with confidence. I needed a nice voice recorder, it also had free shipping but I was on a tight schedule so I paid a few xtra bucks to get it sooner and it arrived safe, no damage, on time, at a competitive price even with the added shipping. I always get a bad feeling when I order something expensive thru the mail mostly because there's almost always human error somewhere in the chain...but these guys do it right.

Found site on a regular search while shopping for a replacement wrist watch. With shipping added Digital Foto had the best price and their reputation looked excellent so I gave them a try. I was not very happy with this company. I placed my order on Saturday then on Monday morning prior to them opening I decided I did not want the item so, I checked my shipping status it had not shipped yet. I tried to call to the number given on their web site, it was not a valid number! So I e-mail them this is part of the reply I got

In the future, it would be best to review all order details carefully before clicking the \"buy\" button...

Digital Foto Club was excellent as regards delivery time, order accuracy, customer service, and overall shopping satisfaction. Finding the hot Nikon 18-200 lens at a reasonable price led me to four rather unsavory internet vendors. Each promised delivery, but all wanted to use the lens to seduce me into buying somthing more, and one (a Google approved vendor) charged my card and promised delivery even though they had no stock. I wish all internet vendors could be like Digital Foto Club.

The product shipped quickly but came without the outer packaging which leads me to suspect that it might not be new as advertised.
I would have returned it, but the return policy is a disaster. I'm going to cut my losses on this one but I'm not going back to this store.
In this case it is simply not worth to save a few $$ and lose the ability to return the product.

My experience with Digital Foto Club is very good, easy to order and they ship it very quick. The customer service is excellent. The best thing about this order is: they do not try to sell you more than what you ordered. For example: before I ordered Canon Powershot SD630 from Digital Foto Club, I ordered through another on-line store, they took my order and left me an email asked me to call their Customer service ASAP regarding my order, when I called them, they tried to sell me SD card (very expensive) and extra battery ... When I told them that those stuff were more expensive than if I bought from other on-line stores. It is very annoying, I decided to stop that order totally and told them that I were bothered by that kind of soliciting. Digital Foto Club is very polite and they do not do that kind of soliciting. I am very satisfying with Digital Foto Club and will come back to them for my next camera.

Reasonably fast processing. Good tracking feedback ie UPS tracking is one link off of the confirmation email. This is handy. I hate sites where you have to log into the site to get the tracking info and this is not one of them.
