Terrible & Hostile Customer Service. Exchange not allowed on New Item

We bought a ~$150 electronic device(Summer infant monitor) on this site. They had 2 devices with identical photos, almost identical descriptions. The difference between the 2 was a SKU# and a slight spec almost anyone could miss. Lets call them “A” and “B”. The day it arrived we realized we needed B, not A. Heather in customer service basically told us tough, no returns. That was their policy. No exceptions. Even in mint condition, only a few days old. We pointed out how the websites showed two virtually identically items. We figured a reasonable person would note this confusing issue and make an exception to their very draconian rules. Tough, she said. She even lied and claimed that they didn't even carry the item we needed to exchange for, when her own website had the item and showed "14 available". No returns. I asked to be escalated. The CEO, "Woody", wrote and said the same thing. He just wanted to take our money and be done with it. No customer service, not one shred of common sense, compassion, caring, or understanding. He even had the gall to threaten me with "defamation" laws if I wrote anything negative about his company. Well, the service at this place sucks. It is terrible. Big time. It is non-existent. Do not buy from these guys if you want ANY hopes of ever returning an item, because if you do have a problem, or make a 100% honest error because of their misleading website, you will be totally S.O.L. We are totally disgusted!
